Our company started over 10 years ago. We had a dream of establishing a residential rental company. We quickly realized to build our properties we had to manage our construction job to insure the quality and features we demanded. JCS Construction was born!

Pre-Construction

This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure best costs and quality, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.

Construction

Our team has over 40 years of construction experience; focusing on quality craftsmanship. We do most of the work in-house from excavation to finish. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.

Post-Construction

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
